Every car on the lot. Listed by your whole team.

For salespeople

Post a car before the customer finishes their coffee.

The extension opens beside Facebook. Pick a car from your dealership’s website and Dealer Listing Studio fills in Marketplace for you.

  1. Pick the car. Search by make, model or stock number. Cars you haven’t listed yet are one tap away.
  2. Watch it fill in. Up to 20 photos, price, kilometres, colours, transmission and your dealership’s description.
  3. Check it and publish. You stay in control. Auto-publish is there when you trust it.

Price changes on your website? “Update prices” walks through your listings and fixes them.

For managers

Know what’s up. See what’s missing.

Dealer Listing Studio reads each salesperson’s Marketplace listings and lines them up against your inventory. No spreadsheets, no asking around.

Cars nobody has listed

The board shows every car on your website and who has it up. Yellow tags are cars sitting there with no listing at all.

Sold but still listed

When a car leaves your website, anyone still advertising it gets flagged, so buyers stop messaging about cars you don’t have.

Wrong prices

Drop a price on the website and every listing still showing the old price is flagged, with a one-click fix for the salesperson.

Buyers waiting on a reply

See Marketplace conversations about your cars, how long buyers wait for an answer, and who has gone quiet for 30 minutes.

Where to spend on ads

Promote points at aged cars with few leads and skips cars that are already hot. Boosts are picked up from Facebook automatically, with what each lead cost.

Leads straight into your CRM

When a buyer drops a phone number or email in a chat, they land in your CRM under the right salesperson. VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead and more. Nobody types a thing.

Security

One key per salesperson. One computer. Their own Facebook.

Every salesperson gets their own key. It locks to the first computer and Facebook account that use it, so a key can’t be passed around. Turn anyone off in one click. Their listing history stays.

Questions dealers ask

Does it work with our website?

It reads inventory from D2C Media, eDealer and Vehica sites, and from most sites that publish standard vehicle data. We check your site before you start, and can pull from more than one site with labelled tabs like New, Used or each location.

Can every salesperson post every car?

Yes. Everyone works from the whole inventory. There are no assigned cars or posting quotas.

What can a manager see?

Who has listed what, which cars nobody has listed, sold cars still advertised, prices that don’t match your website, Marketplace conversations about your cars, reply times, and promote results.

Do you read our salespeople’s messages?

Only Marketplace conversations about your dealership’s cars, only when the salesperson opens them, and only after the salesperson turns sharing on. Personal chats are never read. Dealerships can turn this off completely.

How does billing work?

We send your dealership an invoice. Trials are free and end on the date we agree.

Is Dealer Listing Studio part of Facebook?

No. Dealer Listing Studio is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook.
